Every Nemo pack starts as individual 21700 lithium-ion cells — 5000 mAh, 3.7 V and 18.5 Wh each — and is assembled step by step:
- 01 Cells arranged in series and parallel
- 02 Held in cell holders
- 03 Joined with nickel strips
- 04 Wired to a battery management system (BMS)
- 05 Sealed in epoxy box packing
- 06 Enclosed in a metal box
- 07 Finished with an SB50 Anderson connector
